Both receptionists, Amin and a blonde lady (forgot her name). They are so helpful. They answered my questions politely if I wanted to get any info for traveling in Rome and Italy in general. Keep it up! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Mr Amin can consider to be promoted..Best hotel ever! Thank you

Very spacious room, the spaces (including bathroom) were excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to address the few questions I had. There is free parking in the premises, which is added value for Rome. I had a very good experience and would recommend.
